生產線維修技工 / 高級技工 (Production Engineering Technician / Senior Technician)

主要工作:
- 負責日常自動化生產機械維修、定期保養
- 能獨力進行緊急維修
- 新機器到場進行測試調較、教授員工安全使用機械
- 協助整理維修記錄報告


要求:
- 持有電機工程、電子工程或機械工程文憑或証書
- 執行食品加工及包裝機械的維修保養工作
- 懂得協助一般屋宇設施維修保養工程更佳
- 協助維持工程工場整潔及安全
- 懂電腦操作

Main Duties:

  • Ensure machines are in running condition;
  • Conduct trouble shooting, process control checks and machine maintenance;
  • Identify and troubleshoot process, material, or equipment problems and provide suggestions to Engineers;
  • Schedule, complete, and document routine maintenance on applicable manufacturing and test equipment;
  • Assist the Manufacturing Engineers with revisions and improvements to manufacturing methods and procedures, including writing change orders and deviations;
  • Assist with hands on training of manufacturing employees on new products, tooling, equipment and process revisions;
  • Complete time studies to quantify processing times and identify areas for process improvements;
  • Assist the team to develop and execute a detailed test plan.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Higher Diploma in Industrial and System / Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering correlated disciplines;
  • 2 years related experience in manufacturing or engineering industries;
  • Background in practical control circuit and food packaging machine troubleshooting is an advantage;
  • Basic understanding and ability to read prints and schematics;
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Strong team player and communicator;
  • Disciplinary, punctual.
