Step:
  1. Soak Deer Tendons in water for 2 days, boil with water until it get soft, then cut it into medium size pieces;
  2. Put Cream, Milk, Egg White, Almond Juice, Coconut Milk, Ginger Juice and Crystal Sugar Syrup into a big bowl, stir it well;
  3. Put Deer Tendons into a small stewed bowl, add with milk mixture in Step (2), cover the cap and stew for 10 minutes, turn off the fire, leave for another 10 minutes before opening the cap, ready to serve.
