Accounts Clerk

 Main Duties:
  • Liaise with retail shops
  • Assist in accounts payable, receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation
  • Handle petty cash
  • Provide clerical / data input support
  • Provide general support, e.g. Collection and delivery of documents within and outside the company, duplicating and photocopying, clearing of file trays
  • Conduct shops and warehouses stocktaking
  • Outdoor duties are required, e.g. Banking
 Requirements: 
  • F.5 or above 
  • LCC intermediate level or above 
  • Min. 3 years’ accounting experience preferably in retail industries 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Good command of English and Chinese 
  • Disciplinary, punctual
